• "Competition" refers to any prize draw, giveaway, or contest hosted on the platform.

Membership is open to individuals who are 18 years of age or older and reside in South Africa.

To become a member, you must complete the registration process and pay the applicable membership fee.

Membership fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated or required by law.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

Winfinity reserves the right to suspend or terminate membership accounts that violate these terms.

All competitions and promotions are subject to their specific terms, which will be published alongside each offer.

In the event of a conflict between these general terms and competition-specific terms, the competition-specific terms will prevail.

New promotions and giveaways may launch weekly across 2 successive campaign cycles, delivering 6 weeks of continuous rewards, live draws and premium member experiences.

• Entry is limited to active Winfinity members unless otherwise stated.
• Premium Members are automatically entered into official launch promotions during the promotional period.
• Winners will be selected randomly or according to the published competition mechanics.
• Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash unless explicitly stated.
• Winners may be required to provide proof of identity before claiming prizes.
• Winfinity reserves the right to disqualify entries that are fraudulent, abusive, or in breach of these terms.
• If a prize becomes unavailable, Winfinity may substitute it with a prize of equal or greater value.

Partner offers and discounts are provided by third-party brands and are subject to the partner's own terms and conditions.

Winfinity does not guarantee the availability, quality, or delivery of partner products and services.

Disputes regarding partner offers should be directed to the relevant partner.

Membership fees are displayed on the Membership page and are subject to change with notice.

Payments are processed securely through our payment partners.

Failed or disputed payments may result in suspension of membership benefits until resolved.

All fees are quoted in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable.

All content on the Winfinity website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Winfinity or its licensors and is protected by South African and international copyright laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without prior written consent.

You agree not to use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the services.

• Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform.
• Do not use automated systems or bots to interact with the platform.
• Do not submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
• Do not harass, abuse, or harm other members or Winfinity staff.
• Do not upload or distribute malicious software or content.

Winfinity provides its services on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Winfinity shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or services.

This limitation does not apply to liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

You agree to indemnify and hold Winfinity harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your breach of these terms or your misuse of the platform.

Your use of the platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy and POPIA Notice, which explain how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

By using our services, you consent to the processing of your personal information as described in those documents.

You may terminate your membership at any time by contacting us.

Winfinity may suspend or terminate your membership immediately if you breach these terms or engage in fraudulent or abusive behaviour.

Upon termination, your access to membership benefits and competitions will cease.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.

Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Africa.

Winfinity reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time.

Material changes will be communicated to members via email or through the website.

Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
