Competition Rules

The promotional competition is operated by Winfinity.

By entering any Winfinity competition, giveaway, raffle, or promotional campaign, participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Winfinity reserves the right to amend these rules where reasonably necessary and in accordance with applicable South African law.

Participants must:

• be 18 years or older;
• reside in South Africa unless otherwise stated;

The following persons may not enter or win:

• consultants;
• agents;
• sponsors;
• immediate family members;
• spouses or business partners connected to the competition.

Competition opening and closing dates will be published on:

• social media pages;
• promotional advertisements.

Launch promotions are run across 2 successive campaign cycles, with new promotions and giveaways launching weekly, delivering 6 weeks of continuous rewards, live draws and premium member experiences.

Entries received after the official closing date and time will not be accepted.

Entry methods may include:

• online entry forms;
• package or membership purchases;
• social media participation;
• WhatsApp registration;
• referral participation;
• website sign-ups;
• event participation;
• automatic entry for Premium Members into official launch promotions.

Premium Members are automatically entered into all official Winfinity launch promotions for the promotional period.

Participants must follow the official instructions published for each campaign.

Incomplete, fraudulent, automated, duplicate, or manipulated entries may be disqualified.

Participants will not be charged additional entry fees beyond:

• standard internet costs;
• data charges;
• ordinary product or service pricing where applicable.

Winfinity will not artificially inflate pricing for purposes of competition participation.

Prizes may include:

• lifestyle packages;
• memberships;
• sponsored experiences;
• products;
• vouchers;
• promotional gifts.

Unless otherwise stated:

• prizes are non-transferable;
• prizes are not refundable;
• prizes cannot be exchanged for cash.

Winfinity reserves the right to substitute prizes with alternatives of similar value where necessary.

Winners may be selected through:

• random draws;
• verified digital systems;
• judging panels;
• qualifying mechanics;
• public voting;
• skill-based criteria where applicable.

Winfinity reserves the right to:

• verify identities;
• request supporting documentation;
• conduct fraud checks;
• disqualify suspicious entries.

The Promoter's decision shall be final.

• email;
• SMS;
• social media;
• live draw announcements on Facebook and Instagram.

Winners of launch promotions may also be announced publicly via Facebook and Instagram live draws.

If a selected winner:

• cannot be contacted;
• fails verification;
• refuses the prize;
• or does not respond within the specified period,

Winfinity reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

Winners may be invited to:

• participate in photography;
• video recordings;
• interviews;
• social media promotions;
• marketing campaigns.

Winners may decline participation in publicity activities and will not be disqualified for refusing.

By entering the competition, participants consent to Winfinity collecting and processing personal information for:

Participants may request:

corrections;

deletion where legally permitted;

withdrawal of marketing consent.

Winfinity shall not be liable for:

• technical failures;
• website downtime;
• delayed entries;
• lost communication;
• internet interruptions;
• third-party platform failures;
• unauthorised access;
• cyber incidents outside reasonable control.

Participation is at the entrant's own risk.

• Instagram;
• TikTok;
• WhatsApp;
• X (Twitter);
• YouTube;

are not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with those platforms unless expressly stated.

Winfinity reserves the right to disqualify participants involved in:

• vote manipulation;
• fake accounts;
• identity fraud;
• automated entries;
• abusive conduct;
• false information;
• competition tampering.

Legal action may be taken where necessary.

Competition records may be retained for the minimum period required under South African law.

Records may include:

• winner confirmations;
• competition advertisements;
• audit records;
• prize delivery confirmations;
• declarations;
• entry databases.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by:
