Billing & Refund Policy

Payments, memberships, promotional pricing and refund procedures

This Billing & Refund Policy governs all payments, memberships, promotional pricing, billing arrangements and refund procedures relating to Winfinity memberships and services.

By purchasing or maintaining a Winfinity membership, users agree to this Policy.

1. About Winfinity

Winfinity is a lifestyle and rewards membership platform offering memberships, promotional campaigns, partner discounts, lifestyle rewards, VIP experiences, member events, and promotional giveaways.

2. Membership Billing Structure

Winfinity currently offers Community Membership and Premium Membership.

Membership pricing, benefits and promotional structures may change from time to time. Current pricing and promotions will be displayed on official Winfinity platforms.

3. Community Membership Billing

Community Membership fees are billed according to the membership option selected during registration.

Community Membership may include monthly recurring billing, promotional pricing periods, and partner discount access.

4. Premium Membership Billing

Standard Premium Membership: The standard Premium Membership fee is R450 per month payable monthly. This fee provides access to Premium Membership benefits including promotional campaigns, premium rewards, partner discounts, VIP experiences, and member events.

5. Promotional Launch Offer

Winfinity may offer a limited promotional sign-up special of R100 per month available until 30 June 2026.

The R100 promotional membership rate requires upfront annual payment. This means the full annual amount must be paid in advance; promotional access is granted for the applicable membership period; the promotional rate may expire or be withdrawn after the promotional period.

The promotional pricing structure is separate from the standard monthly Premium Membership structure.

6. Payment Methods

Payments may be processed through approved third-party payment providers.

  • Debit cards;
  • Credit cards;
  • EFT payments;
  • Approved online payment gateways.

Winfinity reserves the right to change payment providers, update billing methods, and suspend unsupported payment channels.

7. Recurring Billing

Where monthly memberships apply, billing may occur automatically on a recurring basis. Members are responsible for ensuring sufficient funds are available and keeping payment details updated.

Failure to process payment successfully may result in suspension of benefits, removal from promotions, restricted access, and membership cancellation.

8. Failed or Late Payments

If payment fails, Winfinity may retry the transaction; promotional eligibility may be paused; and access to Premium Member benefits may be suspended.

Winfinity reserves the right to terminate memberships where accounts remain unpaid.

9. Refund Policy

Membership fees are generally non-refundable once membership access has been activated, promotional eligibility has been granted, and member benefits have become available.

Refunds may only be considered where required by applicable South African consumer protection laws.

10. Promotional Membership Refunds

The promotional R100 membership special requiring upfront annual payment may be non-refundable once promotional access has been granted, promotional benefits have become available, and campaign participation has commenced.

This is due to promotional campaign access, reserved member benefits, administrative costs, and limited promotional structures.

11. Duplicate or Incorrect Payments

Where duplicate payments or billing errors occur, members should contact Winfinity immediately.

Verified billing errors may qualify for corrections, credits, and refunds where appropriate.

12. Cancellations

Members may request cancellation through official Winfinity communication channels. Cancellation requests do not automatically guarantee refunds.

Where recurring monthly billing applies, cancellation may stop future billing cycles; previously paid fees may remain non-refundable.

Promotional annual memberships may remain active for the paid promotional period unless otherwise required by law.

13. Promotions & Giveaways

Premium Membership billing status may affect eligibility for promotional draws, giveaways, partner rewards, event invitations, and VIP experiences.

Only active and fully paid qualifying memberships may participate in Premium Member campaigns.

14. Price Changes

Winfinity reserves the right to amend membership pricing, introduce promotional pricing, discontinue promotions, and change billing structures.

Any future changes will be communicated through official Winfinity channels.

15. Third-Party Payment Providers

Payments may be processed through third-party platforms.

  • Banking interruptions;
  • Gateway downtime;
  • Third-party payment failures;
  • External processing delays.

Members remain responsible for ensuring successful payment processing.

16. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Winfinity shall not be liable for banking delays, payment gateway interruptions, failed third-party transactions, indirect financial losses, and suspended promotional access resulting from unpaid memberships.

17. POPIA & Payment Information

Payment information and personal data are processed in accordance with the Winfinity Privacy Policy, the Winfinity PAIA Manual, and applicable POPIA requirements.

Winfinity does not store full payment card details unless processed through authorised secure payment providers.

18. Changes to This Policy

Winfinity reserves the right to update this Billing & Refund Policy at any time. Updated versions will be published on official Winfinity platforms.

Continued use of memberships or services constitutes acceptance of updated policies.
