Membership Terms & Conditions

Winfinity is a lifestyle and rewards membership platform offering lifestyle rewards, promotional campaigns, partner discounts, member benefits, VIP experiences, exclusive opportunities, and member events.

Winfinity currently offers Community Membership and Premium Membership.

Community Membership provides access to selected partner discounts, promotional offers, member updates, and lifestyle savings opportunities.

Community Members do not qualify for Premium Member giveaway campaigns, VIP event invitations, exclusive launch promotions, or Premium Member experiences.

Premium Membership provides access to Premium Member promotions, promotional giveaway campaigns, partner discounts, VIP experiences, member events, lifestyle rewards, launch campaigns, and invitation-only experiences.

Premium Membership benefits may change from time to time.

To register for membership, members must be at least 18 years old where required by law; provide accurate information; and comply with these Terms.

Winfinity reserves the right to reject applications, suspend memberships, terminate memberships, and verify member information.

Community Membership pricing may be displayed on the Winfinity website and promotional material.

Standard Premium Membership: The standard Premium Membership fee is R450 per month payable monthly.

Winfinity may offer a limited promotional sign-up special of R100 per month available until 30 June 2026.

This promotional rate applies only during the promotional period, requires upfront annual payment, and may be amended or withdrawn at the Promoter's discretion.

Once the promotional period expires, standard pricing may apply.

Members are responsible for ensuring that payment information is accurate, membership payments are successfully processed, and recurring payments remain active where applicable.

Failure to maintain active payment status may result in suspension of benefits, cancellation of promotional access, restricted website access, and cancellation of membership.

Premium Members may qualify for promotional campaigns, giveaway entries, partner-sponsored rewards, lifestyle promotions, and exclusive launch campaigns.

Launch promotions are run across 2 successive campaign cycles, with new promotions and giveaways launching weekly, delivering 6 weeks of continuous rewards, live draws and premium member experiences.

Premium Members are automatically entered into all official Winfinity launch promotions during the promotional period.

Winners may be announced publicly via live draws on Facebook and Instagram, as well as through direct contact methods.

Winfinity reserves the right to amend campaigns, substitute prizes, cancel promotions, and verify entries.

Premium Members may receive invitations to VIP gatherings, launches, networking events, member mixers, promotional experiences, and lifestyle events.

Event participation may require RSVP confirmation, separate waivers, and compliance with venue rules.

Winfinity reserves the right to limit attendance, refuse entry, change venues, and cancel events.

Where promotions or events involve alcohol-related products, participation is limited to persons 18 years or older and valid identification may be required.

Winfinity supports responsible alcohol consumption.

Partner discounts and rewards are subject to availability, partner terms, and campaign periods.

Partner participation may change without notice.

Winfinity does not guarantee permanent partner participation, availability at all locations, or uninterrupted offers.

Members agree not to misuse benefits, engage in fraud, abuse promotions, provide false information, or transfer membership access unlawfully.

Fraudulent or abusive conduct may result in membership suspension, cancellation of benefits, disqualification from promotions, and legal action.

Members may cancel memberships in accordance with applicable South African consumer laws. Cancellation requests must be submitted through official Winfinity communication channels.

Winfinity reserves the right to suspend memberships, terminate accounts, and remove promotional access where members breach these Terms.

Membership fees may be non-refundable except where required by law.

Promotional annual membership specials may carry separate refund rules and be non-refundable once promotional access has been granted.

Refund decisions remain subject to applicable legislation.

Members participating in promotions or events may appear in marketing campaigns, social media content, promotional material, and website announcements.

Members may decline publicity requests where legally permitted.

Winfinity processes personal information in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA), the Winfinity Privacy Policy, and the Winfinity PAIA Manual.

Information may be processed for membership administration, promotional campaigns, partner offers, communication, and customer support.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Winfinity shall not be liable for partner failures, event cancellations, interrupted website access, prize substitutions, delayed communications, and indirect losses.

Participation in membership programs and promotions occurs at the member's own risk.

Winfinity reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time.

Updated Terms will be published on official Winfinity platforms.

Continued membership constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
